A travel visa is an official document or endorsement issued by a country’s government that allows a person to enter, stay in, or leave that country for a specific purpose and period of time. Travel visas are temporary and can be short term, for holidays, business trips or transits or longer term for study or work.
Depending on the destination, visas may be issued as a stamp or sticker in your passport, or as a digital authorisation (eVisa). Requirements, validity, and application processes vary by country and nationality.
To apply for a travel visa, you usually need to provide several key documents and details that prove your identity.
Visa requirements vary by country, but most applications require:
A valid passport
Completed application form
Passport photo(s)
Travel and accommodation details
Proof of funds
Visa fee
Some countries may also ask for biometrics, an interview, or additional documents.
We start with an initial phone consultation to understand your travel plans and requirements. From there, we gather the necessary information from you to complete your visa application forms accurately.
We will also request supporting documents, including confidential financial information and letters of support, to ensure your application is fully prepared and meets the relevant requirements.
No. In most circumstances, you cannot work in the United States without the appropriate work-authorised visa or immigration status.
An Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) only permits short visits for tourism or certain business activities under the Visa Waiver Program and does not permit employment in the United States.
To work legally in the U.S., you must obtain the appropriate visa classification for your role and circumstances before undertaking any work-related activities.
Please note that a B-1/B-2 visitor visa is not a work visa. While it may allow certain business visitor activities, it does not generally permit employment in the United States and should not be viewed as an alternative to a work visa.

Yes. We regularly assist with urgent and last-minute visa applications, particularly in the music, entertainment, events and touring industries where schedules can change at short notice.
Where possible, we will work to expedite the application process, help prioritise the preparation of documents, and identify the fastest available application options. However, visa processing times are ultimately determined by government authorities, embassies and consulates, and some applications simply cannot be completed within the time available.
If you have an urgent travel requirement, contact us as soon as possible. We'll assess your situation, explain the available options, and do everything we can to help you meet your travel deadline.
Yes. A previous visa refusal does not necessarily mean that future applications will be unsuccessful. We regularly assist clients who have experienced visa refusals and can help assess what went wrong, identify any issues that need to be addressed, and advise on the best way forward.
Every case is different, so we will review your circumstances, explain how a previous refusal may affect future applications, and help you prepare the strongest possible application. While we cannot guarantee approval or influence the decision-making process, we can ensure your application is presented as clearly and comprehensively as possible.
